Our standard BBQ option is by far the most popular! Delicious pulled pork, choice of two sides, choice of bread, and variety sauces. Also included are all your disposable wedding plates, utensils, napkins, cups, sweet tea, lemonade, water, and ice. Our servers place your food in silver chafing dishes, buffet style, and serve each guest with a smile. BBQ menu is $19.75 per guest plus tax. Servers are $150 each.

Let one of our fabulous wedding coordinators help with your every need. Our planners range in price from $250 - $650 depending on your specific needs. Your planner will be by your side during rehearsal and on your wedding day to make sure everything is running smoothly. She will help with any questions, unexpected problems, sew on a button or pin on a boutonniere. She will work with you to make a timeline for your wedding day and to relieve all the stress so you can enjoy your day! PRICELESS
YES! There is no extra charge here at Summit Farm for you to bring in your own vendors. However, Caterers do need to be licensed. If choosing to use outside vendors we would like names and contact numbers to be sure everything is on schedule.
We are excited about our new addition at Summit Farm! We now offer a covered open air pavilion complete with an outdoor fireplace, granite counter tops, grill, sink, tables and seating area. This space may be rented for a casual and comfortable rehearsal dinner. The space capacity is 40 guests. Ask one of our team members for details.
Our chief concern at Summit Farm is the safety of all our guests. We do allow beer and wine in moderation. We prefer beer be brought in a keg and it will be placed below bar level as to be out of your pictures. Please use clear cups for beer, and smaller clear cups for wine. No bottles. No hard liquor is allowed on the premises. No open bar.
One of our bartenders is required to serve beer and wine at the bar. $25 per hour
A Gilmer County sheriff deputy is required if alcohol is being served. We will take care of scheduling the deputy for you. Deputy is $30 per hour. He/She will help with parking cars and stay in the parking area unless needed elsewhere.
Any person, including any wedding party member, who is acting irresponsibly and contrary to Summit Farm Rules , including intoxication, vulgar language, or unruly behavior will be asked to leave the premises.
We do ask that you have designated people to help clean up and pack up both the bridal suite and groom's den after your wedding. Put someone in charge of seeing that all your personal belongings and items you have brought in for your wedding get packed up and to the rightful place. We are not responsible for lost or missing items. The Summit Farm team will do all other basic clean up, and haul off trash.
Smoking and vaping are allowed only in the designated area. No smoking inside the barn, bridal suite, groom's den, or restrooms.
